NAB (Balochistan) is seeking qualified individuals for various positions on a monthly fee payment basis, under Section 28(b) of NAO-1999 (as amended by NAAA, 2022 and 2023). The positions are for a one-year contract with the following details:

Expert-II (Land Revenue):

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land revenue matters in any government department.
• Monthly Fee: PKR 150,000/-
• Age Limit: 65 Years
• Job Description: Examination/scrutiny of revenue record and land matters.

Junior Expert-II (CCTV Operator/Technician)

• Qualification: Intermediate (Minimum 2nd Division or Grade-C) with Basic IT Diploma.
• Experience: Relevant experience in analog/IP cameras installation/maintenance, network configurations troubleshooting, and online installation of software.
• Monthly Fee: PKR 50,000/-
• Age Limit: 35 Years
• Job Description: Installation, maintenance, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Relevant experience for Land Revenue Expert refers to experience in dealing with land revenue matters such as record of rights, mutation, settlement, etc.
2. Experience/educational qualification will be considered as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Hiring will be governed by the terms of the services of the hiring contract.
5. Candidates with dual/foreign nationality are not eligible to apply.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
7. Final selection is subject to security clearance.
8. The monthly fee is taxable as per Federal Govt. Policy.
9. The service period is extendable based on performance evaluation/requirement.
10. Candidates providing false/incorrect information will be disqualified.
11. Date & time for the test/interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through mail/telephone.
12. Application forms (without documents) should be submitted to the undersigned via postal service within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

• ماہانہ فیس: 150,000 روپے
• عمر کی حد: 65 سال
• کام کا تفصیل: ریونیو ریکارڈ اور زمین کے معاملات کا جائزہ/تشہیر.

جونیئر ایکسپرٹ-II (سی سی ٹی وی اوپریٹر/ ٹیکنیشن)

• تعلیم: انٹرمیڈیٹ (کم سے کم 2ڈویژن یا گریڈ-سی) اور بیسک IT ڈپلوم۔
• تجربہ: اینالوگ/IP کیمرے کی انسٹالیشن/میئنٹیننس، نیٹ ورک کنفیگریشن ٹربل شوٹنگ اور سافٹ ویئر کی آن لائن انسٹالیشن میں تجربہ۔
• ماہانہ فیس: 50,000 روپے
• عمر کی حد: 35 سال
• کام کا تفصیل: سیکیورٹی کیمرے، کمپیوٹر نیٹ ورکس اور دیگر ویڈیو سرولینس سسٹم میں استعمال ہونے والے مشینری کی انسٹالیشن، میئنٹیننس، مرمت اور تبدیلی۔

اہم نوٹس:

• لینڈ ریونیو ایکسپرٹ کے لئے متعلقہ تجربہ زمین ریونیو معاملات جیسے حقوق کا ریکارڈ، میوٹیشن، سٹلمنٹ وغیرہ کا ہے۔
• تجربہ/تعلیمی قابلیت درخواستوں کی رسید کی تاریخ تک درج کی جائے گی۔
• صرف شارٹ لسٹ ہونے والے امیدواروں کو ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لئے بلایا جائے گا۔
• توہین کے شرائط پر اہلیت ہو گی۔
• دولتی/غیر ملکی شہرت رکھنے والے امیدوار درخواست دے نہیں سکتے۔
• ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لئے ٹی/ڈی ای کا کوئی ادائیگی نہیں ہو گی۔
• حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق ماہانہ فیس ٹیکسیبل ہے۔
• خدمت کا دورہ پرفارمنس اور ضرورت کے مطابق بڑھایا جا سکتا ہے۔
• جھوٹی/غلط معلومات فراہم کرنے والے امیدوار غیر فعال ہو جائیں گے۔
• ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کی تاریخ امیدواروں کو میل/ٹیلیفون کے ذریعے بتائی جائے گی۔
• درج ذیل پتہ پر (دستاویزات کے بغیر) دیے گئے فارم پر 15 دنوں کے اندر درخواست پیش کی جانی چاہئے۔
• ایپلیکیشن فارم www.nab.gov.pk سے ڈاؤن لوڈ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
